- Certificate of No Mining Dues Issued by District Mining Officer
- Notarized Affidavit Regarding No Pending Trade Tax Dues
- Notarized Affidavit Regarding No Pending Income Tax Dues
- Notarized Affidavit Regarding Source of Raw / Finished Material
- Agreement / Lease Deed with Land Owners if Applicant Does Not Own the Land
- Publication of Advertisement in Daily Newspaper
- Notarized Affidavit for Installation of CCTV, Weighbridge and Boundary Wall within One Month of Permit Approval
- Copy of Encumbrance-Free Certificate
