Introduction
River Dredging is a Short-Term Permit to ensure the legal excavation and transportation of mineral material generated during river dredging and channel improvement activities. River dredging is essential to restore natural flow, prevent flooding, deepen riverbeds, remove silt deposition, and maintain ecological balance. During these operations, a large volume of sand, bajri, boulder, silt, and rock waste is extracted, which must be handled, transported, and disposed of only through authorized channels.
