परिचय
खनन अनुज्ञा पत्र हेतु विभागीय पोर्टल पर समस्त संलग्नकों यथा आवेदक का नाम व पता, मो0 नं0, ई-मेल आई0डी0, पहचान पत्र आवेदित भूमि की खतौनी, आवेदित क्षेत्र को प्रदर्शित करते हुए खसरा मानचित्र, आवेदन शुल्क, काष्तकार की सहमति पत्र व अन्य आवश्यक अभिलेख सहित आनलाईन आवेदन पत्र प्रस्तुत किया जायेगा।
आवेदक द्वारा आनलाईन प्रस्तुत आवेदन पत्र के क्रम में डी0एम0ओ0 द्वारा आवेदित भूमि में स्वामित्व की स्थिति, सार्वजनिक सम्पत्ति की सुरक्षा आदि के दृष्टिगत आवेदन पत्र की जांच के उपरान्त आवेदन पत्र स्वीकृत/अस्वीकृत सम्बन्धित सूचना विभागीय पोर्टल पर प्रदर्षित की जायेगी।
स्वीकृत आवेदन पत्र के क्रम में खनन अनुज्ञा पत्र आनलाईन निर्गत किया जायेगा।
अनुज्ञा पत्र निर्गत होने के उपरान्त साधारण मिट्टी के परिवहन हेतु एम0एम0 10 जनरेशन की कार्यवाही विभागीय आनलाईन पोर्टल के माध्यम से की जायेगी।
खनन अनुज्ञा पत्र की अवधि डी0एम0ओ0 द्वारा निर्धारित की जाएगी ।
अनुज्ञा पत्र में उल्लिखित साधारण मिट्टी की मात्रा के निकासी पूर्ण होने अथवा अनुज्ञा की अवधि समाप्त होने, जो भी पहले घटित हो, के दिनांक से अनुज्ञा पत्र स्वतः निरस्त समझा जायेगा।

- आयकर बकाया न होने सम्बन्धी प्रनाण पत्र/शपथ पत्र की प्रति
- अद्यतन चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र की प्रति
- मूल निवास/स्थायी निवास प्रमाण की छायाप्रति
- जी०एस०टी० प्रमाण पत्र की प्रति
- हैसियत प्रमाण पत्र की प्रति
- जी0एस0टी0 नो ड्यूज़ की प्रति
For mining permit, the online application should be submitted through the departmental portal with all required attachments such as applicant's name and address, mobile number, email ID, identification document, land record of the applied land, Khasra map showing the applied area, application fee, consent letter from the Land Owner, and other necessary documents.
After the online application submission, the DMO will review the ownership status of the applied land, public property security, and other aspects. After verification, the application will be either approved or rejected, and the relevant information will be displayed on the departmental portal.
If the application is approved, the mining permit will be issued online.
After the issuance of the permit, the procedure for transportation of ordinary soil (MM 10 generation) will be carried out through the departmental online portal.
The duration of the mining permit will be determined by the DMO.
If the quantity of ordinary soil mentioned in the permit is fully extracted, or if the permit duration expires, whichever occurs first, the permit will be considered automatically cancelled from that date.
