Safety Tank is a Short-Term Permit to regulate the legal excavation and transportation of mineral material generated during the construction, deepening, or maintenance of safety tanks at mining or project sites. Safety tanks are essential structures designed to prevent waterlogging, manage runoff, enhance drainage, and eliminate safety hazards in and around mining and industrial areas.
- Application for Excavation of Ordinary Soil - Required Documents
- Copy of application fee (challan)
- Revenue map verified by the Revenue Department
- Certified copies of Khasra Khatauni
- Copy of the latest mining liability certificate issued by the relevant District Mining Officer
- Copy of certificate/affidavit regarding no income tax dues
- Copy of the latest character certificate
- Photocopy of proof of original residence/permanent residence
- Copy of GST certificate
- Copy of status certificate
