Introduction
पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में भवन निर्माण हेतु बेसमेंट से निकलने वाली सामान्य मिट्टी एवं वेस्ट मैटेरियल के निस्तारण/भंडारण के लिए यह अनुमति प्रदान की जाती है। यदि भवन स्वामी के पास इसे रखने की व्यवस्था नहीं है और इसका व्यावसायिक उपयोग नहीं किया जाता है, तो स्थानीय प्रशासन की अनुमति से संबंधित तहसीलदार द्वारा घोषित डम्पिंग जोन में इसे सुरक्षित किया जाएगा। अन्यत्र परिवहन हेतु नियमानुसार रॉयल्टी एवं अन्य देयकों का भुगतान कर अनुमति प्राप्त करना आवश्यक होगा।
Digging of Basement (Hill Area) is permitted for the disposal or storage of ordinary soil and waste material generated during building construction. If the building owner does not have adequate space for storage and the material is not used commercially, it may be safely stored in a dumping zone designated by the concerned Tehsildar with the permission of the local administration. Transportation to any other location requires prescribed permission along with payment of applicable royalty and other statutory dues.
