परिचय
नदियों के किनारे पर स्थित प्राइवेट/गवर्नमेंट भूमि पर मानसून में बाढ़ आने पर सिल्ट एवं खनिज पदार्थ जमा हो जाते हैं l
उक्त भूमि को पुनः योग्य बनाने के लिए यह आवश्यक है कि भूमि पर जमा सिल्ट एवं खनिज पदार्थों को हटाया जाए इस उद्देश्य से भू स्वामी को जिला प्रशासन के समक्ष आवेदन प्रस्तुत करना होगा और खनिज पदार्थों के निस्तारण हेतु निर्धारित प्रक्रिया का अनुपालन कर अनुमोदन प्राप्त करना होगा l
तदुपरांत ही वह खेत से खनिज पदार्थों को निस्तारित कर सकता है l
आवश्यक सूचना :- रॉयल्टी के अतिरिक्त नियमानुसार अन्य कर भी देय होंगे l
- डायरेक्ट अलाटमेंट (प्राइवेट/गवर्नमेंट भूमि) हेतु आवेदन पत्र - आवश्यक दस्तावेज
- आवेदन शुल्क (चालान) की प्रति
- राजस्व विभाग द्वारा सत्यापित राजस्व मानचित्र
- खसरा खतौनी की राजस्व विभाग से सत्यापित प्रतियां
- खनन देय बकाया न होने का जिला खान अधिकारी द्वारा जारी किया गया अद्यतन खनन अदेयता प्रमाण पत्र संलग्न किया जाना चाहिये। यदि प्रार्थी द्वारा राज्य क्षेत्र के भीतर कोई खनन पट्टा या कोई अन्य खनिज परिहार धारित नहीं करता है या धारित नहीं किया था तो इस कथन का शपथ पत्र उक्त प्रमाण पत्र के स्थान पर दिया जाना चाहिये
- आयकर बकाया न होने सम्बन्धी प्रमाण पत्र/शपथ पत्र की प्रति
- अद्यतन चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र की प्रति
- मूल निवास/स्थायी निवास प्रमाण की छायाप्रति
- जी०एस०टी० प्रमाण पत्र की प्रति
- हैसियत प्रमाण पत्र की प्रति
- यदि आवेदक को आवेदित क्षेत्र का सतही अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं है तो उसने खनन संक्रिया के लिये क्षेत्र के स्वामी की सहमति प्राप्त कर ली है? यदि सहमति प्राप्त कर ली है तो स्वामी की लिखित सहमति की राजस्व विभाग से सत्यापित प्रति

Private/Govt. Land located close to a river may have silt and mineral deposits during the monsoon season due to flood in nearby rivers.
In order to remove the mineral from the land and to make it useful again, the User has to remove the silt and minerals deposited in the field.
For this purpose, he will have to apply to the District Administration and follow a laid down process to get approval for removal of mineral.
Please note :- In addition to royalty the applicant needs to pay all other applicable taxes as per the rules.

- Revenue Map Verified by the Revenue Department
- Revenue Department–verified copies of Khasra and Khatauni
- Updated Mining Dues Clearance Certificate issued by the District Mining Officer certifying that no mining dues are pending must be enclosed. If the applicant does not hold or has never held any mining lease or any other mineral concession within the State area, an affidavit to this effect shall be submitted in place of the said certificate
- Copy of Certificate / Affidavit regarding no pending Income Tax dues
- Copy of Updated Character Certificate
- Photocopy of Original / Permanent Residence Certificate
- Copy of GST Registration Certificate
- Copy of Solvency Certificate
- If the applicant does not possess surface rights over the applied area, consent of the land owner for carrying out mining operations must have been obtained; in such case, a Revenue Department–verified copy of the written consent of the land owner
