It plays a crucial role in groundwater recharge, water conservation, flood control etc. During their development, a substantial amount of soil, sand, bajri, boulder, and rock waste is excavated, which requires authorized, traceable, and environmentally responsible disposal.

- Copy of the latest mining liability certificate issued by the relevant District Mining Officer
- Copy of certificate/affidavit regarding no income tax dues
