Introduction
ईंट मिट्टी एक अल्प अवधि की अनुज्ञा है, जो ईंट निर्माण हेतु मिट्टी के खनन के लिए प्रदान की जाती है। खनन की अनुमति हेतु खनन योजना, पर्यावरणीय अनुमति आदि आवश्यक स्वीकृतियां प्राप्त करने के लिए संबंधित तहसीलदार एवं जिला खान अधिकारी की संस्तुति के आधार पर जिलाधिकारी द्वारा निर्धारित अवधि हेतु आशय पत्र स्वीकृत किया जाएगा। आवश्यक अनुमतियां प्राप्त होने के उपरान्त नियमानुसार अधिकतम निर्धारित अवधि के लिए खनन की अनुमति प्रदान की जाएगी।

- आयकर बकाया न होने सम्बन्धी प्रनाण पत्र/शपथ पत्र की प्रति
- अद्यतन चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र की प्रति
- मूल निवास/स्थायी निवास प्रमाण की छायाप्रति
- जी0एस0टी0 प्रमाण पत्र की प्रति
- हैसियत प्रमाण पत्र की प्रति
- जी0एस0टी0 नो ड्यूज़ की प्रति
Brick Earth is a short-term permit granted for the excavation of earth for brick manufacturing. For obtaining mining permission, the required approvals such as a mining plan and environmental clearance shall be obtained through the prescribed process. Based on the recommendations of the concerned Tehsildar and District Mining Officer, the District Magistrate shall approve the Letter of Intent for the prescribed period. After obtaining the required approvals, permission for excavation shall be granted for the maximum permissible period as per the applicable rules.
